TOPIC:          

A Resolution to Schedule a Public Hearing to Consider Granting an Easement to Dominion Virginia Power at the Landfill to Provide for the Relocation of Electric Lines and Facilities

TOPIC DESCRIPTION:

The relocation of an existing easement and facilities is required in conjunction with the continued operation of the construction and demolition debris landfill and the installation and operation of the methane gas to electricity facility.  A public hearing is required for approval of the easement.

REQUESTED ACTION:

Consider adoption of attached resolution.

FINANCIAL IMPACTS ANALYSIS:

Funds will be provided from the Landfill Fund to cover the costs of relocating power lines and facilities.
