Topic Description:

The following owners of property have proposed to donate a conservation easement over the property described on the attached proposed deed of conservation easement:

Scott District

Mary Beverley Kotek and Pauline Beverley Heizenroth    

Easement (127.0356 acres)

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

No financial impact analysis has been conducted.  The property will be automatically eligible for land use taxation upon recordation of the easement but potential residential development will be permanently reduced.
