A Resolution Authorizing Conveyance of the New Baltimore Fire Station Site Directly to the New Baltimore Fire Company

Topic Description:

The proffers for the Bishop’s Run rezoning reflect that the County is to directly receive the New Baltimore Fire Company site.  The County and the Fire and Rescue Association have reached agreements which reflect ownership by the New Baltimore Fire and Rescue Company. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
