A Resolution Directing the County Administrator to Schedule a Public Hearing to Consider an Amendment to Section 8-37(b) of The Fauquier County Code to Increase the Filing Fee For Courthouse Security Personnel From $5.00 to $10.00

Topic Description:

Effective July 1, 2007 the County is authorized to increase the filing fee for Courthouse Security Personnel from $5.00 to $10.00.  The County must amend its ordinance in order to do so.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
