A Resolution Directing the County Administrator to Schedule a Public Hearing to Consider Adjusting the Boundary Between the Town of Warrenton and the County to Add a Parcel Owned by Highland School Totaling 0.0196 Acres to the Town of Warrenton

 

Topic Description:

Section 15.2-3108 of the Code of Virginia requires the governing bodies of the County and the Town to conduct a public hearing prior to adjusting the boundary between County and Town.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of attached resolution.
