A Resolution Referring to the Planning Commission an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to Authorize the Consideration of the Entire Effect of a Boundary Line Adjustment Upon Multiple Non-Conformities

Topic Description:

The proposed text would authorize the Zoning Administrator to consider the entire effect of a boundary line adjustment upon a parcel which contains multiple non-conformities, and authorize such a boundary adjustment where the overall impact of the adjustment parcels which are the subject of the adjustment does not increase the impact of the non-conformities.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
