Fauquier County has
negotiated the purchase of the remaining three properties in
Phase 2 of the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport Master Plan. The
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved the
purchases. The attached resolution authorizes the purchase
of the properties and application for and acceptance of
grant funds related thereto. The purchase prices are as
follows:
Krause $400,500 (5.05 acres
I-2 zoning)
Morris $150,000 (1.001
acres I-2 zoning)
Durham $200,000 (2.0 acres
