A Resolution to Authorize the Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding Between Fauquier County and the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District

Topic Description:

For a number of years the Finance Department and Human Resources Department have provided support to the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District.  The attached agreement continues those services of processing payroll, administering the pay and classification plan and providing and maintaining fringe benefit programs.  The one year agreement provides for an automatic renewal that runs through June 30, 2011 unless either party opts out.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
