RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN FAUQUIER COUNTY AND THE JOHN MARSHALL SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT WHEREAS, Fauquier County has provided administrative support to the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 14th day of May 2009, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding between Fauquier County and the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District.
