A Work Session to Review the Mintbrook/Cheatham Farm (Bealeton Gateway, LLC) Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application (CPAM09-LE-001)

Topic Description: 

The work session is an opportunity for staff to brief the Board of Supervisors on this Comprehensive Plan Amendment.  The amendment is subject to public hearing this evening, and a detailed review of the proposed amendment is provided in the staff report for the public hearing item.

Conduct a work session.
