A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Submit a Finding of Concurrence for a Temporary Pump and Haul Permit for the Flying Circus Airshows, Inc. Property, PIN #7808-74-7710-000

Topic Description:

The Flying Circus Airshows, Inc. is engaged in activities which provide entertainment for the citizens of the County, being known as the Flying Circus, on property identified as PIN #7808-74-7710-000.  The Flying Circus is constructing a building to include, at its expense, restroom facilities.  The proposed resolution seeks approval to use a temporary pump and haul system for a period not to exceed twelve months from the date of its issuance while constructing the permanent waste water disposal facility. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
