Topic Description:

In
an effort to remain competitive with respect to the recruitment
and retention of quality employees, a request is made to adjust
the salary ranges of the Fauquier County Position Classification
and Compensation Plan by 3% (top and bottom of ranges), effective
June 1, 2002.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Adopt
the attached resolution.
