For
a number of years, Bealeton Station has allowed the Parks and
Recreation Department to use
its swimming pool to teach swimming lessons.
This year the agreement is brought back to the Board of
Supervisors for approval, as it includes a change to the
indemnification language by creating
potential liability over and above the existing language.
The County Attorney has recommended that question #9 be
qualified with the clause "to
the extent allowed by law".
