1. In accord with Section 7-603 2. of the Fauquier County Zoning Ordinance, Residential Subdivisions, a landscape plan will be required at record plat or construction drawing phase.
2. There is no floodplain on the property according to the Flood Insurance Rate Map.
3. This property is no in an Agricultural or Forestal District.
4. There are no known zoning violations on the property.
5. In accord with Section 6-105 7 B. of the Fauquier County Zoning Ordinance, Location Regulations, if a fence exceeds five feet in height it cannot be located in any required front yard. Please have the height of the fence provided on the plan to ensure it meets these regulations.
