A review of the above referenced preliminary plat has been completed.  Based on the information provided in the request, the following observations are offered for your consideration:

1.                  Access road should be designed to control Stormwater Runoff in roadside ditches and culverts.  The culverts should be sized to convey a 10-year storm event.

2.                  A typical road section should be provided on the plans.  It should include dimensions for the travelway, shoulders, ditches, depth of stone, etc.  Identify whether it is public or private.

3.                  If private, a private road maintenance agreement should be executed.
