The
Virginia Department of Transportation has requested that the
resolution adopted March 18, 2002, by the Board of Supervisors to
accept a portion of Woodlawn Lane from its intersection with
Albrecht Lane and Springdale Drive, and Greenbrier Road from its
intersection with Woodlawn lane and Brookmoor Drive be amended to
include specific reference to a Deed of Dedication wherein the
portions of Woodlawn Lane and Greenbrier Road were dedicated to
public use. Based
upon this request, an amended resolution has been drafted for the
Board's consideration.
