Topic Description: |

The County has used the
swimming pool at Bealeton Station Apartments for swimming
lessons under a Memorandum of Agreement for several years.
The new owner, Aspen South LLC, has requested that the
County substitute it within the Agreement, leaving all other
terms as previously authorized. |
