A Resolution to Authorize the Reimbursement of Community Development Fees to Fauquier Housing Corporation Associated with the Construction of the Stuart Street Homes


Topic Description:

On February 5, 1991, the Board of Supervisors adopted a policy that provides for the reimbursement of zoning and building permit fees associated with the construction of housing for low income residents.  Fauquier Housing Corporation has submitted plans and paid building fees associated with the construction of the Stuart Street Homes in The Plains.  This will provide six affordable units.

Fauquier Housing Corporation paid fees to Community Development in the amount of $2,928 associated with the Stuart Street homes.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Funds are available from unexpended appropriations to provide this reimbursement.
