Abandonment of Movern Lane |

Topic Description: |

On March 9, 2006, the Board
of Supervisors approved the abandonment of a portion of
right-of-way owned by the Virginia Department of
Transportation that abuts Movern Lane. The attached
resolution reflects a change to the statutory references in
the resolution, and requests that the Commonwealth
Transportation Board execute a deed for the conveyance of
the land to the property owner. |
