A Resolution Directing the County Administrator to Schedule a Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the Fee Schedule to Address Certain Engineering Fees

Topic Description:

The abolition of positions within the engineering office has created a need to make amendments to the Community Development fee schedule in order to reflect the manner in which certain engineering fees are to be billed to applicants.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

The County currently assesses a fixed fee related to the engineering analysis of projects, and the revised schedule would provide that certain of these fees would hereafter be assessed on an hourly rate basis.
