RESOLUTION A Resolution DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO SCHEDULE a Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to Chapter 13.5 of the County Code WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has proposed an amendment to the County Code to address the permissible hours of trash collection; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined that it is appropriate for good planning and zoning purposes and in the interest of the health, safety and welfare of the public to schedule a public hearing on the proposed amendments; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of June 2009, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, directed to schedule a public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 13.5 of the County Code.
