Melvin C. Bender, the owner
of a 45 acre parcel of land adjacent to Southcoate Village
Subdivision, has requested an interparcel connection from
Southcoate Village at Callie Jo Court. A parcel owned by
the Southcoate Village Homeowners Association is located
between Callie Jo Court and the Bender Parcel. D.C. Diamond
Corporation, the Developer of Southcoate Village, has been
unable to obtain title to the intervening parcel in order to
complete the interparcel connection. |
