An Ordinance to Amend the Community Development Fee Schedule to Delete the Fee for Bond Renewal

Topic Description:

The County has increasingly obtained automatically renewing letters of credits and the administrative time necessary to review bond renewals has decreased.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached Ordinance.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

No financial impact analysis has been conducted.  The fee has become increasingly irrelevant as the number of auto-renewing letters of credit have increased.
