Topic:  

A Work Session to Discuss the Proposed Arrington Knolls Development on the Property of Arabelle Arrington

Topic Description:

Previously, Centex, the Warrenton Town Council and the Board of Supervisors have discussed the potential development of a portion of the property of Arabelle Arrington identified as Alwington Farm.  The property is located in the geographic boundaries of both the Town and the County.  The original proposal languished.  Recently, a new proposal has been put forth and the Board is asked to hold a work session to receive information about the new proposed Arrington Knolls project.  Representatives of Centex will be available to discuss the matter and answer questions.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a work session.
