A Closed Session to Discuss the Terms of a Proposed Settlement in Lieu of Annexation Agreement Related to the Adjustment of Property from the County into the Corporate Limits of the Town of Warrenton for the Proposed Arrington Knolls Development


Topic Description:

As part of the Arrington Knolls Development project, it will be necessary for the County and Town to enter into a Settlement in Lieu of Annexation Agreement.  That Agreement would detail the terms and conditions by which a portion of the Arrington property currently located within the County would be adjusted into the Town boundaries. 


Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a closed session.
