The County
entered into a lease in 1987 authorizing the Health
Department to lease 330 Hospital Drive. The lease expires
in 2012.
In 1992, the
lease was modified to lease a smaller amount of space and to
afford a credit to rent based upon the amendment. The
Health Department is requesting to re-occupy the space under
the original terms of the 1987 lease, and delete the 1992
amendment. |

Consider
adoption of the attached resolution. |
