A Resolution to Amend the Contract of the Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association's Length of Service Awards Program

Topic Description:

The Fire and Rescue Association voted to initiate this amendment in their FY03 budget by reducing the appropriation to the LOSAP funding by 50%.  On May 21, 2003, this resolution was endorsed by the Public Safety Committee.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

This reduction of the LOSAP funding was redistributed to the Fire and Rescue Operations and CIP funding.
