Topic:              Courthouse Improvements

Topic Description:

Fauquier County has engaged the firm of Moseley Architects to plan and design improvements in the Courthouse.  The architect is in the process of meeting with each department to review tentative space allocations and the layout of office spaces.  The architect will review plans that have been developed to date and discuss options to increase the size of the Courthouse.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Discuss and review plans.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Funding in the amount of $1,500,000 has been previously appropriated for this project.
