The
attached Entrance Corridor
Overlay Ordinance would establish the authority to create
entrance overlay districts along significant tourist routes to
historic buildings, landmarks and districts.
The Architectural Review Board, which has been in the
process of studying areas and standards appropriate for such
district, would be responsible for recommending areas to
designate, creating the standards, and administering the
Ordinance, subject to the approval of standards and appeal to the
Board of any decision.
