proposed Ordinance, if adopted, would restrict use of
multiple user sewage disposal systems to service districts and
permit only public sewer in service districts, except with a
special exception. The resolution initiates
the proposed amendments to the zoning and subdivisions Ordinances
and refers the proposed Ordinance to the Planning Commission for
its review, comment and recommendation.
