A Resolution to Revise Selected Fauquier County Government Human Resources Policies

Topic Description:

The Fauquier County Government Human Resources Policies Manual is being reviewed in its entirety for necessary updates and revisions.  Part of this review entails grouping related policies to eliminate duplication and providing a logical sequencing and retrieval of information.  To this end, the following policies have been revised: 

Policy 2J – Leave Donation

Policy 15 – Uniforms, Protective Clothing, and Safety Equipment

Policy 17 – Employee Performance Evaluation 

The following policy will be removed from the policy manual and placed in the Administrative Procedures Manual: 

Policy 40 - Employee Assistance Program.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Adopt the attached resolution.
