Topic: 

A Resolution to Authorize the Execution of an Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Warrenton Training Center and Fauquier County

Topic Description:

The Warrenton Training Center has requested that Fauquier County amend the current Memorandum of Understanding which authorized the construction of the County's tower on View Tree in order to permit the Training Center to locate antennas and equipment on the tower.  In addition, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has requested that the County grant a temporary license agreement to permit the relocation of an antenna.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
