Topic: 

A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Advertise a Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Vacation of an Easement and Grant of an Easement to the Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority at Bealeton Library

Topic Description:

The Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority has requested an easement for the sewer line which serves the Bealeton Library.  The County is required to hold a public hearing in order to grant the easement.  In addition, an existing sewer easement which is not properly described must be vacated.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
