A Work Session to Review a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 4-100 Related to Planned Residential Development

Topic Description:

The work session is an opportunity for staff to brief the Board of Supervisors on proposed revisions to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) district.  The proposed text amendment is also on the agenda for public hearing, and a detailed review of the proposed text amendment is provided in the staff report for the public hearing item.

Conduct a work session.
