Topic:

A Resolution to Receive the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging  (RRCSB-AAA)  FY 2009 Performance Contract with the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services and the Area Plan For Aging Services

Topic Description:

The Executive Director of Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging will meet with the Board in work session to review the services provided and program objectives for the upcoming year.   The County is asked to consider approving a resolution acknowledging their receipt and review of this plan.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

The Board approved for Fiscal 2009 funding in the amount of $326,124 based on 2005 actual population data and a per capita amount of $5.12.
