A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Submit a Finding of Concurrence for a Temporary Pump and Haul Permit for Brookside Communities, LLC

Topic Description:

Brookside Communities LLC is seeking a temporary pump and haul permit from the Fauquier County Health Department for 12 single family residential detached homes while public sewer is being constructed to those homes.  The Health Department’s temporary pump and haul permit application requires concurrence by the locality.  The attached resolution indicates the concurrence of the Board of Supervisors to the issuance of the temporary pump and haul permit, which concurrence shall not extend beyond one year of the date of the Health Department’s permit.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
