A Work Session to Review the Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Create a Mixed Use Special District as Section 4-900

Topic Description:

The work session is an opportunity for staff to brief the Board of Supervisors on the proposed text amendment, which creates a new Mixed Use special district for use in the County’s Service Districts.  The proposed text amendment is also on the agenda for public hearing, and a detailed review of the proposed text amendment is provided in the staff report for the public hearing item.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a work session.
