Description:
Staff from
the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and Virginia
Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will be present at
the work session. The focus of the discussion will be
regarding the applicable regulatory requirements from the
County, VDH and DEQ for the proposed
private individual non-discharge
sewage treatment systems, as proposed to serve the single
family dwelling units on each lot at the proposed
Paddocks at Kastle Greens subdivision. The system consists
of an effluent treatment phase in an aquarobic mini plant
with the finished product being going into an
evapotranspiration bed.
