RESOLUTION 

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO PERMIT RETIRED EMERGENCY SERVICE VOLUNTEERS TO OBTAIN MULTIPLE A COUNTY DECALS AT NO CHARGE 

WHEREAS, the Code of Virginia authorizes the County to waive the decal fee for multiple decals for retired emergency services volunteers; and 

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined that it is appropriate to schedule a public hearing to consider whether to amend the County Code to authorize the waiver of decal fees as authorized; now, therefore, be it 

RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13^th of July 2006, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, directed to schedule a public hearing to consider whether to amend the County Code to permit retired emergency services volunteers to obtain multiple a county decals at no charge.
