|
A Resolution Authorizing the
County Administrator and County Attorney to Work with the
Drysdale Homeowners Association on Issues Related to the
Operation, Maintenance and Repair of the Drysdale Water
System
|
|
Topic Description: |
|
The Drysdale Water System is
currently owned and operated by Skyline Water Company, Inc.
The system currently serves the 26 lots comprising the
Drysdale Subdivison located in Lee Magisterial District
adjoining Virginia State Route 685, Routt’s Hill Road.
Residents of the subdivision have expressed concerns related
to the maintenance, operation and repair of the water
system. It is estimated by County staff that working with
the Drysdale Homeowners Association on these issues will
exceed the Board of Supervisors “three hour” rule and, as
such, requires Board of Supervisors authorization. |
