A Resolution of Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures with Proceeds of a Borrowing for the New High School

Topic Description:

A reimbursement resolution is necessary to ensure the County has the option of requesting reimbursement for expenditures associated with the construction of a third high school  prior to the receipt of bond proceeds.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Expenditures incurred 60 days prior to the approval of the reimbursement resolution may be submitted for reimbursement from bond proceeds sold at a future date.
