PROCLAMATION A PROCLAMATION TO RECOGNIZE JAMES l. waddell FOR twenty-eight YEARS OF SERVICE UPON RETIREMENT from the sheriff’s OFFICE Whereas,
James L. Waddell officially retired from the Fauquier County Sheriff’s
Office on June 30, 2002, after an illustrious career of twenty-eight
years of service; and Whereas,
Mr. Waddell was hired as a Deputy Sheriff and progressed through the rank
of Deputy Sheriff, Major; and Whereas,
Mr. Waddell received numerous commendations during his tenure with
Fauquier County; and Whereas,
Mr. Waddell has served a distinguished career by faithfully and
professionally executing the duties of the Sheriff’s Office; now,
therefore, be it PROCLAIMED
by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 15th day of July 2002,
That Mr. James L. Waddell be, and is hereby, commended for his service to
the citizens of Fauquier County; and, be it PROCLAIMED FURTHER, That the Board of Supervisors, on behalf of all citizens of Fauquier County, extends gratitude and best wishes to James Waddell for a most enjoyable retirement and continued success in all future endeavors.
