Topic Description:

The
Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board (RRCSB) has
requested that the Board of Supervisors approve and/or acknowledge
receipt of the FY 2003 Performance Contract and Agency Plan
pursuant to State Code requirements pertaining to Community
Services Boards. The attached resolution acknowledges receipt of
the proposed plans. Brian Duncan, the Executive Director of RRCSB,
will attend the Board of Supervisors work session on July 15,
2002, to review the RRCSB's proposed performance contract and
associated FY 2003 budget in preparation of an anticipated Board
of Supervisors vote on the Performance Contract as part of the
Board's regular agenda for July 15, 2002. The proposed Agency
Performance Contract and Area Plan was endorsed by the RRCSB Board
on June 11, 2002. Fauquier appointees Max Harway and Bill Frazier
voted for the Plan. Fauquier appointee David Lambelet voted against the Plan.
