Update on County Office Space Plans

TOPIC DESCRIPTION:

The Board of Supervisors has previously conducted work sessions regarding the phased plan to meet workspace requirements for the next ten years.  The work session will provide an update related to:

1.      County Office Complex Hospital Hill

2.      Warren Green Renovations

a.      Plans (First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor)

b.      Schedule

3.      Courthouse Plans

General proposed space assignment

REQUESTED ACTION:

Provide further direction as needed.

FINANCIAL IMPACTS ANALYSIS:

The Finance Committee has recommended the appropriation of $2,000,000 to complete this phased approach.
