A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A LEASE WITH THE FAUQUIER FREE CLINIC FOR OFFICE SPACE AT THE FAUQUIER COUNTY OFFICE COMPLEX AT 320 HOSPITAL DRIVE

Topic Description:

Fauquier County has received a request for office space from the Fauquier Free Clinic.  The clinic fulfills an important community health care need and relies heavily on volunteers.  The staff is working to identify office space in the County office complex to assist the clinic.

In order to lease space to the Free Clinic, a public hearing is required.  A lease similar to the agreement with FISH organization (food distribution) is contemplated.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors

Consider adoption of attached resolution authorizing a public hearing.
