Topic: A RESOLUTION FOR SUBDIVISION STREET ACCEPTANCE FOR SNOW HILL SUBDIVISION/HAMPTON COURT, SCOTT MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT

Topic Description:

The Board of Supervisors is required to formally request acceptance of Hampton Court in the Snow Hill Subdivision into the Secondary System of State Highways.  The street improvements have been completed by the developer and Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has determined that this street is eligible for addition at this time.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Adopt the attached resolution.
