Topic Description:

The proposed resolution authorizes the County Administrator to execute a lease on behalf of Fauquier County with Austin Realty Management and Investments, Inc. for the purpose of space rental by the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office for one (1) year during renovation of the 40 Culpeper Office building.
