WHEREAS, the owners of the property, identified by PIN 6969-47-7043-000, have requested a Category 27 Special Exception Amendment to allow for a further reduction of open space in the Cannon Ridge Subdivision to accommodate placement of a water storage silo; and
WHEREAS, the requested Special Exception Amendment would allow the applicants a further reduction of open space to allow for the water storage silo site; and
WHEREAS, on May 27, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and voted unanimously to recommend denial of the Special Exception Amendment SPEX03-MA-016 to the Board of Supervisors for the following reasons:

WHEREAS, on July 19, 2004, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors continued that public hearing and concurred with the judgment of the Planning Commission; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 19th day of July 2004, That Special Exception Amendment SPEX03-MA-016, Douglas E. & Sharon Y. Darling, Owners/Applicants, be, and is hereby, denied.
