Topic: 

A Resolution for Addition and Discontinuance of  Portions of Route 607 and Route 641 in the Cedar Run District

Topic Description:

A resolution was passed by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors on March 4, 1997.  It has since been discovered that the proper paperwork has not been filed with the Commonwealth Transportation Board.  Upon further research, pertinent information was excluded from the resolution.  Also it was determined that because of the need for an ingress/egress access to serve all lots on Daniels Dam Road and existing utilities, these portions of Route 607 and Route 641 need to be discontinued in accordance with §33.1-150 of the Code of Virginia. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
