RESOLUTION
A Resolution
to Authorize the EXECUTION OF A Deed of EASEMENT to NORTHERN VIRGINIA
ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (NOVEC) AT the WHEREAS, Fauquier County is the owner of property located adjacent to Route 55 known as the Northern Sports Field Complex; and WHEREAS, as part of the improvements to Route 55 for the project, NOVEC is to relocate its lines outside of Virginia Department of Transportation right of way on County property; and WHEREAS, NOVEC has requested that the County execute an easement in order to provide for the relocation of its utilities; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 10th day of August 2006, That the County Administrator and the County Attorney be, and are hereby, authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to convey an easement to NOVEC for the purpose of relocating its utility lines. |
